PWC Workouts & Conditioning

We Offer one on one as well as group workout to better prepare athletes ready for the long season ahead. OTA(PWC) likes to ensure all our athletes can meet all task for the season by developing a personal workout plan for each day. We believe the work does not stop when you leave the field so we ensure to give our athletes home workouts to do just to make sure they are committed and learn the discipline that comes with every and any sport they may play.

Workouts are min of 3 hours with intermediate break to rest and recoup. Athletes must bring water, snacks, and any additional workout equipment they may want to use (I.e. Cleats, pads, weighted equipment). We are not responsible for anything lost during workouts (Water will be provided for refills if needed). All workouts will be scheduled Monday through Friday in the summer and on weekends during the school year.
